Summary: the subscription is monthly or yearly and renews automatically. Cancel any time from My account and keep access until the end of the paid period. You can withdraw from your first subscription and get your money back: within 7 days, or within 14 days if you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom.
1. The service
TOGA Academy provides browser-based study tools for pilots. It is an independent study aid: it does not replace approved training, the manufacturer's manuals or your operator's procedures, and it is not affiliated with or endorsed by Embraer or any airline. Do not use the tools to operate a real aircraft.
2. Your account
Your account is personal and cannot be transferred. Do not share your username and password. Shared accounts, or accounts used to copy the content, may be suspended.
3. Subscription and payment
The subscription is charged automatically every month or every year, depending on the plan you choose, through Stripe, our payment processor. The price and currency are shown before you pay. Promotion codes, when available, are entered on the payment page. If the price changes, we will tell you by email at least 30 days in advance, and you can cancel before the new charge.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from My account › Manage subscription. After you cancel there are no further charges, and access continues until the end of the period already paid. Periods in progress are not refunded pro rata, except as described in section 5.
5. Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from your first subscription within 7 days of payment and receive a full refund. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, this period is 14 days. Write to contato@togaacademy.com from your account email.
6. Licenses for schools and airlines
Group licenses are agreed in writing with each school or airline (number of students, modules and access period). Each student gets a personal account under these terms. See For flight schools & airlines.
7. Content
The trainers, drawings and texts are protected by copyright. Copying, redistributing, hosting them elsewhere or attempting to extract the tools' code is prohibited.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the site online and up to date, but it may go through maintenance and changes. Modules may be improved or reorganized over time.
9. Contact and governing law
The service is run by Rafael Hidd Germenink. Questions: contato@togaacademy.com. These terms are governed by Brazilian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protections of the law of the country where you live.
